Garage Sail is a photo-first listing tool built for people who resell — full-time flippers, weekend garage-sale sellers, thrifters, hobbyists, and anyone who has a closet, garage, or storage unit worth more than they think.
The problem we solve
The bottleneck in reselling is not sourcing items — it's writing listings. Titles, item specifics, condition notes, and prices take longer than the sale is worth. Most items never get listed because the friction is too high.
How Garage Sail works
You upload one to four photos. The AI identifies the item, checks recently sold comparables, generates a listing tuned to the marketplace, and — for eBay — publishes it through the official eBay Sell API. For Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, OfferUp, and Craigslist, Garage Sail hands you a copy-ready listing you paste into the marketplace's own composer.
Our approach to pricing
Garage Sail prices from recently sold comparables, not active asking prices. It returns three tiers — Quick-Sale, Fair, and Max-Profit — plus a private negotiation floor. You choose the strategy; we surface the numbers.
What we don't do
- We don't automate logged-in sessions on marketplaces that forbid it.
- We don't claim to be affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of eBay, Meta, Mercari, OfferUp, or Craigslist. We use their public APIs where they exist.
- We don't guarantee sale prices, sale times, or search rank on any marketplace.
