Photo to priced eBay listing in about 30 seconds.
Garage Sail collapses the four things every reseller does — identify, price, write, publish — into a single flow you can review before anything goes live.
1. Snap or upload a photo
Take one to four photos of the item. Show the front, back, tag or model plate, and any damage. Garage Sail accepts phone camera photos directly.
2. AI identifies the item
The system detects brand, model, size, category, and visible condition, and returns a confidence score. You can correct anything that isn't right.
3. Sold comps set the price
Garage Sail checks recently sold comparables and returns three tiers — Quick Sale, Fair, and Max Profit — plus a negotiation floor. You choose the strategy.
4. Publish and cross-list
One click publishes to eBay via the official Sell API. Copy-ready versions for Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, OfferUp, and Craigslist open the marketplace's own form pre-filled.
What Garage Sail actually does — and what it doesn't
Garage Sail is the only marketplace it publishes to directly: eBay, through the official eBay Sell API. That means titles, descriptions, item specifics, photos, price, and category are attached automatically.
Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, OfferUp, and Craigslist don't offer public listing APIs. For those, Garage Sail writes a marketplace-tuned title, description, and price, and opens the marketplace's own composer so you can paste and publish. That distinction matters — some competing tools claim "auto-post" to marketplaces that don't allow it.
The review screen is the point
The AI is fast, not infallible. Every listing surfaces its own confidence score and the specific fields it isn't sure about. Correcting a brand, model, or condition value re-runs the pricing so your Quick / Fair / Max tiers stay accurate.
Frequently asked questions
- How long does one listing take?
- About 30 seconds from photo to a reviewed listing draft. Direct eBay publishing adds a few more seconds while the Sell API confirms.
- Do I have to publish what the AI generates?
- No. Every listing shows a review screen so you can edit the title, description, item specifics, and price before you publish.
- What if the AI is wrong about my item?
- You can correct any field. Garage Sail's pricing recomputes from sold comps whenever you change brand, model, or condition.
- Does it work on mobile?
- Yes. The photo upload is designed for phone cameras and the whole review-and-publish flow works on a small screen.
