Every consumer electronic has a specific model number. Put it in the title and item specifics. Buyers who type it into search will find you before anyone using the marketing name only.

Test before you list

• Laptops: charging port, keyboard, webcam.
• Audio: both channels; Bluetooth if applicable.

Disclose what you can't verify

If you didn't test a feature, say so. Buyers can decide. That disclosure protects you from a claim.
